The Role
The Facilities / Maintenance Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all maintenance tasks and projects across the production line and throughout the facility are completed to schedule using a combination of external contractors and hands on work. Main duties will include:

Engage and manage all contractors on site ensuring visitor access is granted and work is completed on time and in full.
Running small, planned maintenance projects ensuring the CMMS is kept up to date at all times
Ensure the waste water system is maintained and serviced
Work closely with the APAC team to introduce new processes and systems into the Sydney site

The Requirements

Previous experience across FMCG engineering, maintenance or facilities maintenance
Strong contractor management experience
Trade or Engineering Qualifications
Hands-on maintenance & engineering experience with experience using CMMS
