Planning Support Officer - Fixed Plant Maintenance

• Assist in the planning, scheduling and execution of Maintenance detailed Maintenance plans for the Mechanical, Electrical and Bing Bong departments.
• Will be the secondary contact and liaison between Maintenance, Operations and other supported departments.
• Plan/Schedule work initiated through various stakeholders, ensuring that the required support required for resources are available.
• Communicate with request's of work orders for clarity of work to be performed.
• Assist relevant Supervisors and Assistant Supervisors with detailed scoping of work requests, ordering and confirming of parts required for maintenance requests.

• Responsible for undertaking activities including scoping and delivery of critical spares for routine and non routine maintenance activities.
• Support the planners with Creation / approval of work orders where required.
• Attend and support facilitate daily work order meetings with key stakeholders
• Attend weekly planning meetings with the maintenance planners
• Assist the planners with work management / tracking of of work orders to completion and coordination of backlog work
• Support and assist the Maintenance Shutdown Planner when required
• Assist the Maintenance Planners to Update / Create APL’s and MST’s

• 3+ years Fixed Plant experience
• 5+ experience working in trade qualification
• Planning / scheduling experience for fixed plant & maintenance work
• SAP Experience
• Ideally Trade Qualified - Mechanical Fitter / Boliermaker - Highly regarded
• Demonstrated ability to effectively complete document control activities
• Demonstrated understanding of mineral processing systems, processes, and their interrelationships (including maintenance systems, e.g. Ellipse)
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels

• FIFO from Darwin to site (flights included). Interstate applicants to cover own travel costs to Darwin.
