
Senior Shotfirer

- Coordinate daily blast activities
- Working with site leadership team to ensure blasting targets are achieved safely and efficiently
- Lead and mentor crews, providing guidance and support to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Manage explosives handling and storage, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and site-specific requirements
- Carry out inspections and audits, identifying and addressing hazards or non-compliance
- Report on blast performance and production targets, using data to drive continuous improvement
- Minimum 5 Years' experience in a senior shotfirer position
- Proven ability to lead and manage high performing teams
- Experience in a step-up supervisor role
- Electronics experience advantageous
- Current Dangerous Goods Security Card
- Current Shot Firer Licence
- Current Drivers Licence (manual essential)
- HR Licence (advantageous)
- Strong knowledge of explosives and blasting techniques
- Strong communication skills
- Have a “Can Do” attitude to safety
- Current WA drivers' licence
