The Financial Crime Transformation program will transform the way the bank manages financial crime risk to meet new challenges in an ever-changing landscape. The program will include modern technology (including AI) and improve processes, operating models, ways of working and data solutions to swiftly mitigate significant financial crime risks.
- Role: Program Director for a multi-year Financial Crime Operations Transformation Program.
- Scope: End-to-end transformation across technology, operations, and people (e.g. workflow automation, AI, new operating model, people capability uplift).
- Investment: $50m+ over multiple years, delivering significant hard benefits
- Outcomes: Efficiency, improved risk management, reduced operational risk, enhanced regulatory reporting, and uplifted intelligence
- Delivery: Agile execution via 5–7 scrum teams
- Leadership: Drives transformation agenda, mobilises teams, influences across the organisation, brings people on the journey and leads strategic delivery
- People: Embeds new ways of working and leads organisational change
- Decisions: Significant technology and solution architecture decisions open
The role will be either a 2 year fixed term contract with the view to extend to permanent or they may consider permanent for the right candidate.
Paying circa $240 - $250K + super + generous bonus. Open to hearing from candidates looking for slightly more $
Hybrid work environemnt - 2 + days / week in the office.
