Job Description:Position: Integration EngineerLocation: SydneyOur WhyDatacom works with organisations and communities across Australia and New Zealand to make a difference in people's lives and help organisations use the power of tech to innovate and grow.About the RoleAs an Integration Engineer you will be responsible for installing and maintaining computer systems and networks, aiming for the highest functionality. The goal is to build computer systems to our Clients needs and specifications. Our office is based in Sydney and is an on-site only position.What You'll DoAs the Integration Engineer you will be accountable for but not limited to:

Set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers etc)
Install images from USB and using SCCM or external networks
Check computer hardware (HDD, mice, keyboards etc) to ensure functionality
Install and configure appropriate software and functions according to Clients specifications
Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve problems (repair or replace parts, debugging etc)
Maintain records/logs of machine/devices that require Asset Tag recording
Maintain and Update Documentation as required internally and by Clients
Liaise with Warehouse to ensure optimized delivery of end product.

The ideal candidate will also have excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, along with exceptional attention to detail and time management.
