About this roleAt I-MED we believe in working as a team and delivering high quality healthcare, to every patient, every time.Our clinic in Mount Isa is currently seeking a casual Medical Receptionist to join their team. This is a casual on-call position working Monday to Friday between the core hours of 8:00am to 5:00pm.Reporting to the Office Manager, your role will be working with a supportive team at the clinic's busy reception desk ensuring the delivery of professional, caring, and friendly services to patients, referrers, and customers.Working for I-MED offers you:

Key accountabilities include:📈 Driving the delivery of high-quality reception✨ Providing excellent customer service and patient care with confidentiality, respect, and empathy🤝 Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff, and managersTo be successful in this role you will have:
  • Ability to be flexible with working hours
  • Experience in a reception or administration role (highly desirable)
  • Strong customer service skills and experience
  • Demonstrated initiative and willingness to learn
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
