Eligibility: Open to EveryoneThe OpportunityWe have an opportunity for a Manager, HR Operations to join our Corporate Services Division within the Department of Primary Industries and Regions.The Manager, HR Operations is responsible for leading and managing the delivery of a high-quality, contemporary human resources service delivery function across PIRSA, that contributes effectively to the achievement of strategic priorities and ensures compliance with public sector legislation.This includes in the areas of organisational design and workforce planning, classification and remuneration, recruitment, contract management, organisational change, HR policy development and review, performance management, and employee relations.As a strategic partner to leaders and managers across the Agency, the Manager, HR Operations will ensure the provision of timely, accurate expert advice through a proactive HR business partnering model and fit-for-purpose people solutions.This critical role will lead the development, implementation and review of HR policies, procedures, guidelines and systems that align with public sector legislation, meet operational requirements and contribute to PIRSA’s goal to be an employer of choice.About UsSouth Australia is internationally recognised for the quality of its agriculture, food, and wine. - Successful applicant will be required to satisfactorily complete a National Police Check (NPC) prior to being made an offer of employment.
