An exciting 6-month fixed-term opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Chain Associate to join a dynamic team within a leading global pharmaceutical company. This role offers the chance to utilise your skills in finance, supply chain management, and logistics in a fast-paced and rewarding environment. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to drive efficiencies, improve operational procedures, and make a significant impact on the business.What you'll do:As a Supply Chain Associate, you will play an integral role in managing various aspects of our client's operations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include facilitating forecasting and production plans, managing financial reports, liaising with finance departments, and driving initiatives for operational improvement. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly demand forecasts and maintaining forecast planning. This role requires someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Facilitate forecasting and production plans to ensure healthy stock levels and mitigate supply risks
  • Manage daily sales reports and weekly stock on hand reports
  • Work closely with external finance providers to manage invoices and expenses payments in a timely manner
  • Liaise with finance to create monthly invoices as per business needs
  • Lead initiatives that drive better efficiencies and improve operational procedures within the business
  • Prepare monthly Demand Forecast and Sales & Operations Planning slides
  • Maintain forecast planning through entries into the SIPA DRP system
  • Initiate and liaise with HCL on repacking requirements as per business needs
