What you'll doAs a Senior Structural Engineer you will:

Project lead work across the design, delivery and tender phases for multi-year/packaged work for turnkey projects;
Ensure timely and quality of delivery for project and structural engineering work in support of relevant technical, commercial and regulatory standards - and in alignment with schedules and budgets;
Handle ongoing communication and highly effective professional relationships with local clients;
Manage effective stakeholder relationships, both internally and externally;
Provide sound technical/delivery guidance for the team;
Mentor, train and develop the careers of junior engineers;
Partner with internal stakeholders and a collaborative, national team in a multidisciplinary engineering setting.

About youThe successful candidate we are looking for will have:

Bachelor to Masters' level degree (Civil/Structural Engineering);
Typically 6+ years' industry experience on building projects in the commercial, retail, defence, health or education sectors;
Solid proficiency in all-round structural engineering design including post-tensioned concrete;
Track record of effective cross-discipline project delivery
The ability to lead, train and mentor junior engineers across technical and project delivery aspects.
