- Account Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for designated key client accounts, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction
- Develop a deep understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities, aligning Wood's advisory services to meet their needs effectively
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and propose tailored solutions to enhance value delivery
- Collaborate closely with internal teams, including consultants, project managers, and subject matter experts, to ensure seamless service delivery and exceed client expectations
- Proactively identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within assigned accounts, driving revenue growth and maximizing client lifetime value
- Sales and Program Management:
- Manage the end-to-end sales process for assigned accounts, from opportunity identification and qualification to contract negotiation and closure
- Develop and execute account-specific sales strategies and action plans, leveraging market insights, competitive intelligence, and Wood's service offerings
- Lead the development of compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases tailored to clients' unique needs and objectives
- Monitor and track sales pipeline activity, providing regular updates and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project initiation and implementation, aligning resources and timelines with clients' expectations
- Deep understanding of Advisory Services and key account management principles
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior clients and internal stakeholders
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth within a consulting or professional services environment
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for value creation and differentiation
- 7-10 years of account and pursuit management or similar experience, preferably in a global multinational company
- Experience in advisory services environment
- Proficiency in managing multiple stakeholders and resources in a matrixed internal environment
- Demonstrated experience in sales and structuring advisory services deals
- Knowledge of outsourcing and offshoring operating and cost/pricing models for advisory services
- Professionals who can drive transformational performance across accounts and solutions
- Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
- Expertise in Advisory Services, including market and industry dynamics
