- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every interaction is welcoming, professional, and aligned with Crown's values.
- Facilitate membership onboarding in line with service standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure data accuracy through diligent record-keeping and reporting.
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as AML/CTF, KYC, and Privacy is advantageous but not essential.
- Previous experience in a VIP customer-facing role such as onboarding, registration, rewards and loyalty, or front office.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, frontline environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a collaborative team mindset.
- Ability to obtain and maintain appropriate Casino Employee Licences, including probity and credit clearance.
- Proficiency in a second language is advantageous but not required.
- Availability to work rotating shifts across a 7-day roster, including evening shifts up to midnight.
- Commitment to peak trade shifts on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, plus one additional weekday.
