- Manage smooth and efficient check-ins and check-outs, showcasing seamless service from arrival to departure
- Be a proud ambassador of the Accor ALL loyalty program - clearly explain and promote its benefits to enhance guest stays
- Uphold and embody the Heartist values in every moment, bringing authenticity and care to every guest experience
- Contribute your energy and passion to a vibrant Front Office team, helping to create a premium and memorable hotel experience every day
- Experienced in Front Office, Concierge, or Reception (Hotel experience preferred but not essential)
- A natural people person who makes guests feel at home with ease and warmth
- Organised and efficient, with strong communication skills in both writing and speaking
- A supportive team player who thrives under pressure and can confidently work independently
- Energetic and proactive, always aiming to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Familiar with OPERA or similar systems (experience with OPERA is a plus)
