Eligibility: Open to EveryoneTerm, full-time vacancy up to 12 monthsThe Governance and Capability Service supports the Commissioner of Police in the discharge of his responsibility to control and manage SA Police by ensuring SAPOL has appropriate governance and capability to discharge its statutory charter, other government obligations and meet community expectations. The Service leads in supporting strategic thinking, determining strategic objectives, and fulfilling the organisation's vision and values in driving SAPOL performance.The Organisational Reform Program is focused on data-informed business improvement aimed at enhancing decision-making, efficiency, and service delivery. Using real-time insights and data informed indicators, the ORP business plan is to prioritise the systematic collection, analysis, and application of data to identify performance gaps, streamline operations, and support strategic planning.The Senior Digital Communications Officer is responsible for the development and implementation of all aspects of internal communication strategies and delivering the internal digital communications platform to reach our people. The Senior Digital Communications Officer will build greater awareness and strong relationships with audiences and provide specialist digital marketing / social media advice to implement digital strategies onto different communication platforms across the organisation.Special Conditions
  • The incumbent must hold a current Australian work eligibility status and will be subject to a criminal history check.
  • The incumbent may be assigned to other duties at this remuneration level or equivalent.
  • Some out of hours work and intra/interstate travel may be required.
  • The incumbent is required to participate in SAPOL’s iEngage program.
