- Perform monthly closing routines and reporting for Supply Chain and account reconciliations.
- Assist in roll-up of monthly performance forecast and perform financial trend and variance analysis reporting.
- Assist in roll-up of monthly working capital forecast and variance analysis reporting
- Preparation financial reports for Supply Chain.
- Assist in Annual Budgeting process.
- Assist in driving initiatives to bring process improvement opportunities & cost savings for the company operations.
- Assist in affiliate transfer pricing & margin analysis.
- Assist in costing of NPDs.
- Perform assigned tasks in accordance with all Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies, programs and goals.
- Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and to work in a way that contributes to the company’s vision.
- Ad hoc assignment as required.
- Qualification in Accounting, Finance, Commerce or related discipline, complimented by at least 2 years’ relevant work experience
- Experience from Big Four Accounting Firms preferred
- Experience in a commercial organisation and a financial base gained through work experience.
- Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, while effectively operating in a fast-paced, complex global organization
- Management Accounting Experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Access, PowerPoint and ability to present data through reports and/or dashboards
- ERP experience preferred but not essential
- Analytical skills to simplify and present complex data
- Effective communication skills across all disciplines and levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and perseverance to work through issues to resolution
- Willingness to liaise and work at operational level, and manage upwards at a more senior level
