- Build, execute & inspire internal and agency teams to deliver ongoing marketing activity for business impact for revenue & brand outcomes
- Develop, brief, and execute full-funnel, end-to-end campaigns across owned, earned & paid channels
- Paid media ownership, channel selection, optimisation and reporting

- 8 years' experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field
- Proven track record delivering marketing campaigns to drive significant commercial outcomes.
- Expertise in analytics, digital marketing channels and paid ad platforms (Meta Ads Manager, GA4, Tableau)
- Proven competence in setting channel KPI's, paid media ownership, managing and reporting on campaign effectiveness.
- Ability to think strategically, execute enthusiastically, and critically analyse past performance to develop new strategies.
- Proven ability to drive insights from data across marketing activity.
- Ability to prioritise in a rapidly changing and competitive landscape.
- Strong communication skills, positive attitude and ability to multi-task.
- Nice to have: Media agency background, expertise in brand measurement metrics, direct experience with Media Mix Models.
