Full-time, Hybrid Work Options Available (First 4 weeks in office for training)$120k + Super + Salary PackagingAs a Project Manager, you will lead the delivery of various-sized projects, from application rollouts to broader business initiatives, across the organisation. This role requires a strong understanding of both business and technical domains, with a focus on delivering strategic outcomes through structured project execution, stakeholder engagement, and vendor collaboration.Key Responsibilities:
  • Early Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders from the outset to understand business drivers, define high-level requirements, and shape project scope.
  • Business Case Development: Support the creation of business cases by translating strategic goals into actionable project plans and delivery frameworks.
  • Procurement & Vendor Selection: Lead procurement activities including market engagement, vendor evaluation, and contract negotiation to ensure the selection of partners that align with project and organisational needs.
  • Solution Delivery Oversight: Manage the project through solution design, functional alignment, and testing phases—ensuring that business needs are met with practical, scalable solutions.
  • Strategic Alignment: Maintain alignment between business objectives, technical solutions, and delivery outcomes, ensuring value is realised at every stage.
