- Develop and implement improvement initiatives.
- Advise and coach managers, supervisors, and workers to achieve compliance and best practices in:
- Lead or review incident investigations (using ICAM methodology or similar).
- Experience managing relationships with regulatory stakeholders.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
- Proven ability to build effective working relationships across various levels of an organization.
- Familiarity with high-risk industries like construction, infrastructure, or other related sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with SAP is advantageous.
- Tertiary qualification in Workplace Safety and Health (Diploma or above preferred).
- Incident investigation training (ICAM methodology preferred).
- Lead Auditor qualifications in AS4801 or equivalent (for audits and compliance assurance).
