- Overseeing multiple projects from concept to completion, managing budgets, timelines, and resources
- Develops and implements electrical and instrumentation designs, ensuring they meet project requirements and industry standards.
- Leads and guides a team of engineers, providing technical guidance, and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, managing expectations, and ensuring their satisfaction with project outcomes
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards
- Identifies and implements innovative solutions, troubleshoots complex issues, and provides technical support
- Contributes to design review workshops and quality checks
- Foster a culture of safe delivery, continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration
- Minimum 12 years' direct experience managing projects on major hazards facilities (MHF)
- Demonstrable experience of embedding safety considerations into all aspects of electrical and instrumentation engineering and design
- Proven experience of being directly involved on projects in the chemicals / agricultural sectors.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, both written and oral
- Bachelor's degree in electrical and/or mechatronics engineering (or related field)
- Must be available to work onsite in Laverton, Victoria
