Part of the Customer Service team, you will be handling enquires and complaints, with your duties including but not be limited to:
  • Manage the case from beginning to end with a proactive approach
  • Proactive engagement on the ownership lifecycle of their vehicle (inbound and outbound)
  • Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring these are positively resolved within a timely manner
  • Provide fast speed of response to customers through any channel, in line with KPI expectations
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm (WFH available after probation)
Hourly Rate: $35.15 per hour + super
Temp Ongoing: Potential to go permanent for the right candidate
Location: Norwest Business Park, 2153 - free parking available on-siteTo be successful in this role you will have:
  • Previous experience working in a call centre environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed KPIs
  • Attention to detail and excellent soft skills
