Comprehensive mental health, community health and dental services are delivered through various programs across the Barwon South West Region, including Torquay and Colac.About the roleThe role of the Patient Liaison Administrator is to provide outstanding level of customer service to patients and consumers, whilst taking responsibility for maximising private patient revenue; Patient Liaison Officer will be deal effectively and compassionately with patients and their relatives to obtain required documents in preparation for billing, perform the billing function for inpatient accounts, and liaise effectively with specialist Consultants, Private Health Insurers, Compensable Insurers and all internal and external customersPlease note Barwon Health will only contact you via our official email and never use unconventional means, such as text messaging or other services.About the cultureYou will have the opportunity to be part of a highly skilled, professional and dedicated team who take pride in providing high quality services.
