• Our client is a unique specialist firm based in Sydney, specialising in complex property, construction, and development matters.
• Founded by an industry leader and trusted advisor in the property and construction space the firm is known for advising major developers, institutional investors, corporate occupiers, and high-net-worth clients on some of Sydney's most significant property deals.

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of property and construction documents.
• Supporting large-scale developments, infrastructure, and property acquisition projects.
• Dealing directly with corporate-level clients.

• 2-4+ years PQE and strong experience in property, real estate or construction law. Off the plan experience highly regarded.
• Australian or New Zealand legally qualified.
