Location: Townsville and Gold Coast, QLDAbout the Role:We are seeking two qualified Estimators to join our busy Quotes & Tenders Department across both Townsville and Gold Coast locations. This key role will focus on preparing accurate estimates and managing tender processes for construction and maintenance projects ranging from small maintenance jobs to large-scale builds and renovations.Your primary responsibility will involve preparing and reviewing quotes, tenders, and estimates for diverse construction projects and coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors to achieve optimal pricing---spanning project estimation, material management, and client communication. You will collaborate closely with project teams and trade professionals, including carpenters, plumbers, electricians, and site managers, to ensure accurate project handover and successful delivery.This role offers a unique opportunity to develop comprehensive estimating expertise across multiple trade disciplines while contributing to a growing construction and maintenance business.
