- Translate new / proposed client info to enable costing excellence and seamless operational transition.
- Maintain a comprehensive library of asset costing across; supplier and FTE tool-time, location indices, maintenance strategy, criticality, EOL replacement, including benchmarking across Global Taxonomy.
- Provide delivery model analysis articulating make vs buy strategies to improve safety, asset performance, and minimise Total Value of Ownership (TVO).
- Assist in wider development of the tender responses, KPI deliverables and metrics, particularly ensuring the written responses continually align with cost estimations.
- Identify and improve the efficiencies of operational delivery models within existing Key Accounts.
- Support the ongoing maintenance of ISO 55001 certification.
- Support marketing of ISS capability through best practice Technical Services and Sustainability solutions.
- Assist in the development of Asset Management Plans and Capital Investment Plans.
- Collaborate with procurement to provide alignment with maintenance strategies and task costing.
- Actively seek opportunities to enhance ISS processes for ongoing improvement of the Business.

- 5 years + commercial and/or asset management experience, ideally across Facility and Building Services Management.
- Demonstrated experience in Hard FM estimating, resource modelling, asset management analytics, asset forecasting and data analysis.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical staff, suppliers, senior management and clients.
- Experience in the use of CMMS (IBM Tririga, Maximo, SAP, etc.) and high volumes of master data.
- Results focused with the ability to identify and prioritise problems and issues, generate solutions and work collaboratively to achieve a successful outcome for all stakeholders.
- Sound understanding of Quality Assurance Control and Management system procedure.
- Strong commercial acumen.
- Documented results from a larger organization.
- Lean 6 Sigma process improvement experience desirable.
