Enjoy the professional growth of a clinical pharmacy role while embracing the lifestyle benefits of Tasmania's capital city.Job SpecificationIn this permanent full-time role, you'll lead a dedicated pharmacy team providing specialised oncology, clinical trial, and compounding services. This is a rewarding alternative to Community Pharmacy where you'll work closely with Oncologists, Nurses, and Allied Health professionals to support the delivery of life-saving therapies. Whether you're an experienced clinical pharmacist or transitioning from community pharmacy, full training and mentorship are available.Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing day-to-day pharmacy operations and team performance.
Providing clinical oversight and ensuring safe, effective medication management.
Supporting and mentoring a team of Pharmacists and Technicians.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
Contributing to clinical trials and sterile compounding services.
Driving continuous improvement in service delivery and team capability.

Skills RequiredTo thrive in this role, you'll need:

General AHPRA general registration as a Pharmacist.
At least 5 years of experience in an Australian pharmacy setting, including leadership responsibilities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and executive teams.
A proactive, growth-oriented approach.

Desirable but not essential:

Experience in Oncology, Clinical Trials, Compounding, or Hospital Pharmacy.
