- Responsible for planning well surveillance activities and reviewing and validating them upon completion.
- Provide solutions for wells with integrity issues with the support of well completion specialists.
- Possess extensive knowledge of industry regulations, safety practices, and standards related to surface and downhole equipment selection.
- Experienced in optimizing surface well intervention operations using the latest new technologies and best practices.
- Support routine well completion operations and provide assistance when problems occur.
- Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in mechanical or petroleum engineering from a recognized and approved program.
- Possess 15-20 years of experience in rigless well intervention operations design, planning, and execution, including at least 10 years in HPHT critical sour gas and unconventional operational environments.
- Have experience in unconventional resources or HPHT/tight gas & oil wells with a good understanding of hydraulic fracturing and its impact on well completion.
- Demonstrate a proven record in running all intervention operations required in unconventional wells, including completion design, tubing movements, coiled tubing, wireline, slick line, hydraulic fracturing, flowback, and the ability to issue a complete detailed program for each type of operation.
- Be familiar with wellhead and downhole completion design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Have proven records and experience in well surveillance activities for unconventional wells.
- Capable of providing solutions to enhance well intervention operation, cost, and safety.
- Able to conduct investigations when issues occur and finalize root cause analysis.
