Our client is an area landmark, aftermarket light vehicle repair facility, located in Sydney's Hills District. They seek an experienced Workshop Manager to assist in delivering exceptional customer service to their loyal client base, plan and prioritise the jobs in the workshop and train and mentor the team of technicians and apprentices. This is an exceptional opportunity for the right candidate to grow their career, improve their remuneration and step into a Management role.YOU'LL NEED In order to be invited for an interview, candidates will need to be fully qualified Technicians and possess at least 5 yrs experience in a similar position. You are capable of communicating at all levels and can turn this ability toward training and mentoring your staff, as well as having a strong focus on customer service. You are organised and not afraid of paperwork. You will authorise and place spare parts orders, conduct daily and weekly meetings and ensure compliance and legal obligations are met.THE OFFER The remuneration for this position will consist of a neg retainer, superannuation and a generous bonus structure .
