- Demonstrated ability to identify issues of relevance, sensitivity and confidentiality, to interpret complex information and advice and use discretion in knowing when to escalate matters of importance and/or urgency.
- Experience in various word processing, desktop, publishing and database/spread sheet software, including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel and experience using iPM, KRONOS, HPE, Oracle, and billing applications (PBRC, Ezymed)
- Demonstrated experience in working with multi-functional teams preferably within a health setting.
