- Deliver exceptional teaching experiences, utilising innovative methods and technologies to engage students in both online and face-to-face settings.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Paramedicine curriculum, ensuring it remains current, comprehensive, and aligned with academic standards.
- Engage in research activities that complement teaching responsibilities and contribute to the body of knowledge in paramedicine.
- Actively participate in community engagement initiatives, fostering relationships between the university, the industry, and wider community stakeholders.
- Pursue opportunities for professional growth and contribute to the academic community within the university, enhancing the reputation of the School of Paramedicine.
- Completion of a PhD or tertiary qualification in education and significant clinical practice
- Significant clinical paramedic experience.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and curriculum development in a tertiary or clinical setting.
- Registration as a Paramedic or eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
