Our reputation for excellence and superior customer service has enabled us to achieve continued sustained growth.About the roleAs an integral part of the Moomba team, this position plays a key role in ensuring the success of the sale and distribution of Caterpillar parts and associated products.The position is a combination of customer service, coordination, sales and administration. You will possess a strong customer focus and mechanical knowledge as you will be the first point of contact for our key industry partners. In this role you will be required to answer customer enquiries and provide support to a team to ensure our parts warehouse is running efficiently and effectively at all times.Duties and Responsibilities include:

Report on weekly parts performance
Prepare quotes and sales contracts
Provide technical and administrative research assistance
Create and manage purchase orders
Complete timely and accurate payroll documentation
Pick, pack and dispatch of stock
Goods Inwards receiving
General operation of parts warehouse
Ensuring Safety standards adhered to, including contamination control

About you:

Previous warehouse experience in similar industry
Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
Good understanding of logistics and warehouse management including purchase ordering and quoting
Sound computer skills with a strong attention to detail
