- Safely operate forklifts to load and unload parcels
- Support dock operations with manual handling tasks
- Adhere to safety protocols, company policies, and operational procedures
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Carry out pre-operational safety checks and report equipment issues
- Able to pass a National Police Check (NPC)
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physically fit for freight movement and sorting tasks
- Safety-focused with strong teamwork and communication skills
- Forklift Licence highly regarded (not essential)
- MR Truck Licence desirable – with opportunities for additional hours
