This is a hands-on leadership role that will oversee the full spectrum of financial management, driving cost efficiencies and ensuring strong financial controls. Supporting senior leadership, you will play a key role in guiding the organisation’s financial direction and partnering with operational teams to deliver sustainable outcomes.Key responsibilities

Monitor and optimise fleet operating and administration costs to improve utilisation and reduce overheads
Manage banking relationships, treasury, and cashflow activities
Oversee accounts payable, receivable, payroll, reconciliations, and fixed asset accounting
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
Prepare accurate financial reports, analysis, and insights to support decision making
Partner with leadership on projects, capital expenditure, and ad hoc analysis

About youYou are a commercially minded finance professional with strong technical accounting knowledge and proven experience managing costs in a dynamic business environment. You will bring:

CA or CPA qualification (or working towards)
Solid experience in financial management, with exposure to fleet, treasury, or asset administration highly regarded
Strong hands-on capability across cashflow, reporting, and financial operations
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to partner effectively across teams
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and strong problem-solving ability
