- Verifies arrival and departure details and arranges luggage handling and transportation and other services requested by guests.
- Delivers and picks up guest baggage as assigned by Team Leader – Bell Desk Supervisor.
- Stores luggage according to standards.
- Directs incoming guests to the check in area whilst offering to handle any luggage the guest happens to be carrying.
- Escorts guests to their rooms, explaining all in house and room facilities.
- Hails taxis and answers guests’ inquiries.
- Prevents entrance of unauthorized persons; keeps main entrance and frontage neat at all times.
- To assist traffic and the parking of vehicles at the main entrance.
- Full Drivers license.
- Experiences in similar role at luxury hotels/resort or commercial facilities.
- Basic computer skills with hands on experience in room maintenance.
- Good spoken English.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
