- Answering customer queries via phone and email ensuring a timely, accurate and quality response
- Providing resolution to all technical queries and account management information on services
- Identifying queries which require additional attention and implementing appropriate procedures to enhance customer confidence
- Ensuring accurate information is recorded within their System
- Contributing to the development of new ideas
- Performing administrative duties to support the provision of service delivery
- Ideally you will have at least 1 year’s customer service experience - open to industry
- You have the natural ability and desire to help others and are passionate about providing excellent service
- Strong written and verbal communication skills should be second nature to you
- You are known for your attention to detail, time management and resilience
- No weekend work - you will be on a rotating roster Mon - Fri between 8am - 8pm
- Flexible working: work from home as well as from the office
- An additional day of birthday leave + 2 volunteer days + 3 days over Xmas
