Seeking a Freight and Operations Support Officer for our Wire business, based in Mayfield. This role will be 80% Freight – 20% Ops Support as per below.
This is a Mon-Fri role, initially to cover an 8 week leave period and could lead to permanent role for the right candidate.
$45/hr, ASAP startFreight

Report for Toll Team
Action Freight invoices (send invoices from the freight inbox to AP)
Input AP Manifests into excel
Workflows (ensure manifest numbers are captured and correct

Code workflows (Rural/man wire/ Cyclone/Storage/Rental)
Update rate cards (not enough time)

OPS Support

Process all labour hire invoices for wire
Process ad hoc invoices for Lead Team / HR
Print PMO’s

No longer closes them, Closing PM02’s now complete by supervisors to ensure required actions are recorded in SAP
Month end Reporting (hours of work)
Mayfield Site Inductions (Kyle Monday – Thursday, Di Tuesday to Thursday, Jeni Fridays)
Resolve Invoice Queries
Uniform ordering for Mills (staff and wages)
Label Printing
Long Service Awards

for Geelong and Newcastle
Enter equipment calibration results to teams channel

Key Skills for Casual Cover

Proficient in SAP (must have)
Accounts Payable background is beneficial
Advanced MS Suite Skills
Ability to manipulate complete excel workbooks
Stakeholder engagement
Ability to manage competing priorities
Training time – 3-4 weeks
