π Hours: 9:30 AMβ5:00 PM or 10:00 AMβ6:00 PM (flexible)
π Hybrid: In-office initially until trained, then 1β2 WFH days/week
ποΈ Start: ASAP, flexible for 2 weeks notice period (handover available)
π° Salary: $76,777.60 + superπΆ About the Role: Support vulnerable children and families. You'll work in a small, fast-paced team, helping coordinate care and services, especially during crisis situations.This role includes:
- Matching support workers with families
- Rostering & profile setup (rostering can be taught)
- Responding quickly to incidents or child safety concerns
- Admin-heavy work during onboarding
- Some client-facing work and home visits
- Has experience with children or case reporting
- Positive, proactive, and resilient under pressure
- Strong multi-tasker who can handle shifting priorities
- Able to spot red flags or concerns in case reporting
- Works well in a reactive, admin-heavy environment
- NDIS Worker Check will need to be completed (reimbursed if you don't currently have one still welcome to apply)
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) - If you do not have one still welcome to apply but will need to complete prior to starting.
- Driverβs license (for home visits)
- Team of 2 currently (1 going on mat leave)
