- Oversee implementation of the National Integrity Framework and related policies.
- Manage relationships with key integrity bodies including Sport Integrity Australia and the National Sports Tribunal.
- Lead the Safe Hockey program to ensure child-safe environments.
- Act as the primary contact for integrity and complaints, ensuring effective resolution in line with policy.
- Provide expert guidance to Member Associations on integrity matters and policy breaches.
- Drive best-practice governance across the organisation.
- Maintain and evolve the HA Governance Framework, including delegations and regulatory compliance.
- Provide secretariat support for the Integrity & Risk Unit and Ethics & Governance Committee.
- Lead the development and implementation of HA's Risk Management Policy and Risk Register.
- Deliver strategic advice on emerging risks and mitigation strategies.
- Oversee risk identification, assessment, and monitoring across all programs and operations.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in sport management, law, governance, business or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in the Australian sport sector, particularly in the provision of advice in areas including member protection, child safeguarding, Anti-Doping and corruption in sport. Experience in analysing complex information and developing plans to achieve desired and timely outcomes
- Ability to evaluate and manage complaints and reports in a fair and impartial manner
- Due to the nature of the sporting industry, irregular hours, including weekend and after-hours work will be required from time to time.
