This firm is modern, innnovative and boasts a high quality client base.The firm is very well known in the Gold Coast region.The firm has a friendly and relaxed culture.POSITIONDue to growth and the need for succession planning, the firm has created the position of Manager.This role will focus predominantly on managing client relationships, leading a high quality team and high level advisory work.CANDIDATEThe ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:

CA/CPA
10+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
Ability to manage up to $1.5m in fees
Ability to manage client relationships
An interest in becoming a Partner
Solid tax knowledge
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Stable employment history
