Deliver structural steel and concrete designs for brownfields/greenfields projects across the mining industry. Work closely with project engineers and senior stakeholders. Essential Qualifications & SkillsSome of the skills you will have to be successful for the Senior Structural Engineer role include:

7+ years mining or heavy industry experience
Proficient in MicroStation 2D/3D
Experience with BHP or Rio Tinto systems
Familiarity with OpenBuildings Design (OBD)
Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs

Duties & ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Structural Designer, some of your responsibilities will include:

Develop structural steel and concrete designs
Coordinate with engineers and project managers
Ensure compliance with design codes and standards
Conduct occasional site visits when required
