Accounts Payable Officer - Part time

Reporting directly to the Finance Manager, you’ll collaborate closely with the internal customer service team and field service technicians to ensure invoices are processed and paid correctly every time. Duties will include, but not be limited to:
- Process invoices and payments up to 80 per day
- Reconciliation of accounts
- Resolve account queries
- Reconcile bank statements
- Assist with processing employee expenses
Proven experience working in an end-to-end Accounts Payable role
An understanding of GST and FBT, and their implications
Strong attention to detail
Experience in processing service technician invoices is highly desirable
