- Lead the technical design and implementation of CIAM solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
- Provide guidance and technical expertise to the CIAM team, assisting in project planning and execution.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, serving as the primary escalation point for difficult problems.
- Design solutions for advanced CIAM challenges, leveraging emerging technologies and innovative approaches.
- Assist the Assistant Director in breaking down big pieces of work into smaller work packages and tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CIAM solutions with other systems and services.
- Extensive experience in customer identity and access management (CIAM) solutions as a Subject Matter Expert, including design, implementation, and optimization.
- Experience in other CIAM solutions such as Auth0, Okta, ForgeRock, Ping, and Akamai is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on designing and implementing robust and scalable solutions.
- Strong understanding of automation capability with a focus on PowerShell, SCIM and APIs
- Ability to lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.
- Experience in designing or implementing in a Cloud environment such as Azure or AWS.
- Ability to plan and manage project workload and provide direction using a Project Management tool such as Kanban, Jira or similar.
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
