We're a small business looking for Casual and Full-time Field Technicians to join our team. If you love working outdoors, this could be for you.We're based north of the river and focus on revegetation and environmental management. Our clients include private companies, property owners, local governments, and community groups.About the positionThis position is also suitable for applicants who do not hold a Pest Management Technician Licence but are seeking entry into the industry. The commencement casual rate is $32 per hour, which will increase upon application for a Pest Management Technician Licence. Full time positions are suitable for licenced technician applicants only.Licensed applicants seeking casual positions also welcome to apply.To apply, you must have your own vehicle and valid driver's licenseTask and Responsibility

Identify and control weeds (chemical and manual).
General tasks: brush cutting, raking, pruning, chipping, chainsawing, tree cutting and removal, tree planting and watering.
Equipment Operating and Cleaning: Chainsaw, Trimmer, Blower, Brush Cutter.
Fencing Installation, repair and removal.
Meeting timeline, collecting data and reporting to team supervisor.
Establish and maintain relationships with clients.
Ensure a safe and organised working environment on the site.
Following the Safety and Efficiency Procedures.

Essential requirements

Casual Position: Weekend work may be available if desired.
Current Health Department of WA Pest Management Technician Licence.
Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
Australian or New Zealand resident or Permanent Working Permit.
Ability to perform outdoor work.
Ability to work independently and under supervision.
Fitness and health, capable of lifting and carrying a 20-litre backpack.

Desirable

Current or Completed Qualification in Horticulture/ Conservation/ Environmental.
Attend and completion of Chainsaw Course.
Attend and completion of Tree felling Course.
Current First Aid (and CPR) Certificate.
Police Clearance.
Experience in Chainsawing and Brush cutting.
