There is also the possibility of an extension at same / reduced hours.About the roleNorthern NSW Local HEalth District has an exviting career opportunity for a Wellbeing and Health In-reach Nurse (WHIN) Coordinator CNS2 to join their team in Lismore. This role responsible for facilitating identification of health, wellbeing and social needs and the coordination of appropriate early intervention, assessments, and referral to services for school aged children and young people attending designated primary and secondary schools.
