
Reward Advisor – 12-Month Fixed Term Contract

- Provide expert advice on reward strategies, policies, and frameworks across multiple regions, with emphasis on the Americas.
- Lead and support projects related to job evaluation, salary benchmarking, and compensation structures.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on reward aspects of M&A activities, ensuring smooth integration of reward programs.
- Manage and maintain global grading structures, including broad banding of job grades.
- Utilize AON Radford and other market data tools to conduct benchmarking and analysis.
- Support annual reward cycles, including salary reviews, bonus schemes, and quarterly equity grant processes.
- 5+ years' experience in reward, compensation, or a related HR discipline.
- Proven experience in M&A reward integration and international reward practices, particularly in the American region.
- Strong knowledge of AON Radford and other benchmarking methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in broad banding job grades and job architecture.
- Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in Excel; ability to interpret and present complex data to senior stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
