The 4B Vascular Ward provides expert care for patients undergoing specialized procedures including aneurysm repairs, bypass grafts, and carotid endarterectomies. Our nursing team plays a pivotal role in preparing patients for surgery, delivering safe post-operative monitoring, managing complex wounds, and supporting rehabilitation.You'll contribute to the delivery of safe, compassionate, and culturally responsive care, while developing specialist skills in:
  • Advanced wound management
  • Post-operative care and monitoring
  • Diabetic foot care and limb preservation
  • Multidisciplinary collaboration and patient advocacy
You'll be supported by a dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE), Vascular Clinical Nurse Consultant (CNC), and Nurse Unit Manager (NUM), with access to tailored training, mentorship, and career development pathways.Why Join Us
