Our client AGL is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead two SAP delivery teams on an exciting new initiative. This role is pivotal in driving agile practices, fostering high-performing teams, and ensuring delivery aligns with customer and business value. If you have a strong background in Agile methodologies and SAP environments, we’d love to hear from you. This is a six-month contract role based in Melbourne CBD in a hybrid working environment.Key Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate agile ceremonies across two SAP scrum teams
Coach teams to become autonomous, self-organising, and continuously improving
Collaborate with Product Managers and Delivery Leads to manage and refine product backlogs
Coordinate release management and ensure production readiness
Identify and resolve team blockers and inter-team dependencies
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning
Navigate enterprise environments to influence and achieve outcomes
Proactively manage risks, issues, and delivery plans
Encourage knowledge sharing across teams and support team growth

Skills & Experience

Proven experience leading agile product delivery teams
Strong Scrum Master experience, ideally with a digital and SAP focus
Scrum Master certification (preferred but not mandatory)
Practical experience with Agile frameworks; scaled agile in enterprise environments preferred
Proven ability to coach teams and facilitate agile ceremonies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong organisational and scheduling capabilities
Passion for Agile values and team success
Understanding of design thinking and agile inceptions (preferred but not mandatory)
