
Territory & Account Sales Manager

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Develop tailored hire solutions to meet client needs
- Achieve sales targets, conversion rates, and asset utilisation goals
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within your territory
- Attend networking events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Maintain accurate CRM records (ZoHo experience advantageous)
- Liaise closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Ensure all contractual, safety, and compliance requirements are met
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the hire industry (road maintenance or civil equipment preferred)
- Proven track record in territory sales, account management, and business development
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Computer proficiency (CRM experience desirable)
- Current driver’s licence
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
