Develop and implement merchandise planning strategies to meet overall business objectives.
Analyse sales data and trends to forecast inventory needs effectively.
Collaborate with buying and supply chain teams to ensure stock availability.
Monitor and manage inventory levels to optimise stock turnover.
Prepare detailed reports on sales performance and planning outcomes.
Identify opportunities to improve profitability and minimise stock risks.

The Successful ApplicantAbout you:

Proven experience as a merchandise planner.
Strong analytical and numerical skills for effective decision-making.
Familiarity with retail trends and inventory management systems.
Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal stakeholders.
Ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a results-driven mindset.
Experience with NetStock IBP is ideal, not essential.
