This role requires somebody to start at very short notice as a replacement for an outgoing staff, and has the possibility to convert to a permanent hire.about the jobThe primary objective of the role of this role is to ensure that the company has highly effective financial controls and drives effective planning and reporting processes to enable decision making. The role will also be responsible for the direct supervision of the Finance Team. Your responsibilities include preparing monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cashflow for Board and Management Reporting. You will drive continuous improvement in reporting and analysis of financial results. In addition, you will prepare Board reports, as well as work with all Executive Directors and Managers in analysing financial data to support strategic decision making. You will also prepare for and attendance at Board Committees. You would have primary responsibility for budget and forecasting processes.about the manager / teamYou will report to the GM Finance and Strategy and their would be 2 direct reports whom you will need to manage- Junior Accountant and AP/AR Officer.skills & requirements for the roleThis role will walk straight into their current budgeting process and you will need to love data.
