- Attending and contributing to client meetings (new and existing)
- Co-leading client relationships with a Senior Advisor
- Supporting Partners and Senior Advisors to develop high-level, tailored advice strategies
- Conducting investment research, analysis, and portfolio management
- Developing complex financial strategies across wealth accumulation, restructuring, estate planning, and more
- Assisting with the preparation of review documents and implementing recommendations
- Handling client queries and collaborating with other professionals to deliver outstanding results

- Work with UHNW family office groups, business owners, executives, as well as asset consulting/portfolio management for institutional investors
- A proven track record of developing high-calibre Advisors
- Extensive in-house training in investments, tax, complex structures (Trusts, Companies, Partnerships), asset protection, and the soft skills needed to advise -without selling
- Holistic advice that includes wealth creation, tax minimisation, superannuation (including SMSF), debt management, and asset protection strategies
- A degree in Commerce, Economics, or a related discipline (preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in financial planning/advice, superannuation consulting, technical roles, or accounting
- A strong desire to learn and grow - we'll invest heavily in your development, and we hope you will too
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
