Site Supervisor

This role will cover projects across the Sunshine Coast down to the NSW border, with a fully expensed company vehicle provided.Your New Role
- Oversee and supervise projects throughout all stages of the construction cycle
- Maintain regular communication with clients, customers, and subcontractors to provide updates on job progress
- Manage up to 18 jobs concurrently, ensuring quality and efficiency
- Ensure projects commence and are completed within agreed timeframes and budgets
- Monitor and enforce compliance with Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ proven experience in a site supervisor role, with insurance industry experience essential
- QBCC Supervisor License is required
- Strong commercial awareness, particularly in competitive tendering of trades and delivering projects on time and within budget
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Established trade network and connections within Southern Queensland (required)
